girl'S TEAMS
WILDCATS/ U7
Launched in 2019, our Wildcats programme is the foundation of the club’s girls pathway. What began as a small group of girls taking their first steps into football has grown year on year, introducing hundreds of players to the game in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment. The Wildcats sessions focus on developing confidence, friendships, and fundamental football skills, creating a lifelong love of the game. Many of our current teams started their football journey through Wildcats, with new teams being formed each season as players progress through the club. We are incredibly proud of the pathway we’ve created, giving every girl the opportunity to learn, develop, and continue her football journey with us.
u8's DIAMONDS/SAPPHIRES

With enthusiasm, determination, and plenty of smiles, this exciting new squad is ready to create lasting friendships, enjoy new experiences, and represent the club with pride as they begin their first season together.

The team have completed their inaugural season. As a developing team made up of a mixture of ages, including several players stepping up a year due to high demand. Many of the squad were new to football. From our early friendlies to the final whistle of the season, the girls have made impressive progress.
Players are still finding their positions and refining their skills, both on and off the ball. Teamwork remains our core strength, the girls support one another, embrace their roles, and bring plenty of personality to every session. We held our first presentation in July 2026 to celebrate the season’s successes and hand out well-deserved rewards. We’re proud of how far the team has come and excited for what’s next.

u14's
The U14 Girls are an exciting new team, bringing together players from both the Pumas and Cougars, along with a couple of new faces joining the squad this season.
Competing in Division 1 of the NWAGMFL, the girls are a hugely ambitious and enthusiastic group who are looking forward to the challenges that the season will bring. They have a fantastic team spirit and are a friendly, welcoming bunch who have already started to build strong relationships both on and off the pitch.
With a great mix of experience, enthusiasm and fresh talent, the girls are keen to develop their skills, work hard for one another and continue to grow as a team. They are determined to test themselves at Division 1 level while making sure they enjoy their football and have plenty of fun along the way.
There is a real sense of excitement around this new-look squad, and we’re looking forward to seeing them grow in confidence, develop together and hopefully enjoy plenty of success throughout the season.
A new team, a new chapter and plenty of ambition — we can’t wait to see what the U14 Girls can achieve!
U15's PANTHERS
After just eight weeks of playing football together, the Corby Steelers Panthers played their first match in the 2023/2024 season. Now an U15s squad, they are a resilient, determined and close-knit team united by their love of football.
Despite facing changes in management over the past few seasons, the girls have remained committed to one another, building lasting friendships and showing incredible support to each other both on and off the pitch.
Heading into the 2026/2027 season with a new management team, the Panthers are excited for a fresh start. With a fantastic team spirit and a shared passion for football, they are ready to continue developing, creating more memories and getting back to their winning ways.
u15's TIGERS
The U15’s Tigers have been together for 5 years now as we head into the 6th season. The team have gone from strength to strength, winning promotion from division 2 last season, to compete in Division 1 this past season where they finished in a respectable 4th place. With new signings in the summer as they look to improve on their league position in the upcoming season
u16's LIONESSES
Formed at the beginning of the 2022 / 2023 season, following a planned separation of age groups, the team continues to grow and evolve.A fantastic first season saw the girls finish second in the league and be crowned County Cup champions.
The girls have continued to taste success, winning several tournaments over the past few seasons. But the league title has so far eluded them. A closeknit and welcoming group with a steely resolve who enjoy playing together. They have an unspoken musketeer determination - All for One and One for All.
Over half of the current squad were in the County Cup squad from 4 years ago. A true example of the Corby Steelers female football pathway with several of the Lionesses having started at Wildcats and now getting their first taste of Open Age football.
